No. For security reasons, TorZon does not store email addresses or recovery questions. If you lose your password and do not have your PGP key linked for 2FA, your account is lost. If you have PGP 2FA enabled, you can use your private key to regain access. If you lose your PIN, you cannot withdraw funds. This is a strict security feature.

TorZon market requires 2 confirmations for Bitcoin and 10 confirmations for Monero. This process typically takes 20-40 minutes depending on blockchain load. Do not panic. If 24 hours pass without funds appearing, check the block explorer to ensure you sent it to the correct generated address.

We unequivocally recommend Monero (XMR). Bitcoin (BTC) is a public ledger; your transactions can be traced back to your exchange account. Monero obfuscates the sender, receiver, and amount. Using XMR on the torzon site ensures the highest level of OpSec.

Escrow: The market holds your funds. The vendor ships the item. You receive it and release the funds. This is safe.
FE (Finalize Early): You release funds immediately upon ordering. The vendor gets the money before shipping. This is risky and should only be done with trusted, top-tier vendors on the torzon marketplace.

If the "Auto-Finalize" timer is approaching and you haven't received your package, click "Extend Escrow". If the vendor refuses or ignores you, click "Dispute". A moderator will review the case. Do not let the timer run out, or funds will be released to the vendor automatically.

The torzon darknet infrastructure is built on a "no-logs" policy. Transaction data is retained only for 30 days to handle disputes, after which it is hard-deleted from the servers. Messages are auto-encrypted if the recipient has a PGP key.

Every official torzon login link is cryptographically signed. You should see the market's PGP signature on the login page. Import our public key (found in Security Ops) and verify the signature. If it fails, leave the site immediately—it is a phishing clone.
