TorZon Market Terms of Service

The TorZon darknet ecosystem operates on principles of libertarian commerce and privacy. However, to ensure the longevity of the platform and the safety of our user base, strict adherence to the following regulations is mandatory. By creating an account on the torzon official site, you contractually agree to these terms.

1. Prohibited Listings Policy (Zero Tolerance)

While we champion freedom of information, the TorZon marketplace is not a lawless zone. We have a moral and strategic obligation to ban specific categories of goods that attract unnecessary heat from international law enforcement agencies (LEAs). Listing any of the following will result in an immediate account ban and seizure of vendor bonds:

  • Child Exploitation Material (CSAM): Strict zero-tolerance. All details will be logged and dumped publicly.
  • Fentanyl & Carfentanil: Due to the high risk of accidental overdose and mass harm, these substances are banned from the torzon shop.
  • Weapons of Mass Destruction: Explosives, chemical weapons, or biological agents.
  • Assassination Services: Listings for hitmen or violence-for-hire are prohibited.
  • Doxing: Selling private data of specific individuals (excluding bulk database dumps) is not allowed.

2. Vendor Obligations & Conduct

Vendors on the torzon darknet market are held to the highest professional standards.

  • PGP Requirement: All vendors must have a PGP key associated with their profile. All communication containing shipping details must be encrypted. Failure to use encryption is grounds for suspension.
  • Shipping Times: Vendors must process orders within 72 hours. If an order is not marked as shipped within this window, the torzon system will auto-cancel it and refund the buyer.
  • Finalize Early (FE): Only vendors with "Diamond" or "Trusted" status may request FE. New vendors demanding FE in private messages will be banned for scamming attempts.

3. Escrow & Dispute Resolution

The core of the torzon onion trust model is the Escrow system.

The Process: When a buyer places an order, funds are moved to a multisig wallet controlled by the market. The vendor does not receive funds until the buyer clicks "Finalize" or the auto-finalize timer expires (usually 14 days).

Disputes: If a package does not arrive, the buyer must open a dispute before the timer runs out. Moderators will review:
1. Vendor's track record.
2. Tracking information (if applicable).
3. Buyer's dispute history.
Decisions made by torzon official staff are final.

4. Privacy & Data Retention

We take your privacy seriously. The torzon link you use connects to servers that are configured to retain minimal data.

  • Transaction Logs: Kept for 30 days to handle disputes, then overwritten.
  • Images: Stripped of EXIF data automatically upon upload.
  • Messages: Auto-deleted after 14 days.
